Matthew 6:29 in context

  1. 27And which of you by being anxious can add one cubit unto the measure of his life?
  2. 28And why are ye anxious concerning raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
  3. 29yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
  4. 30But if God doth so clothe the grass of the field, which to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
  5. 31Be not therefore anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
